Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Human Resources Generalist for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, implementation of HR policies, employee relations, and benefits administration. This role will serve as a key liaison between management and staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and the delivery of an exceptional employee experience. The HR Generalist will also contribute to the development of HR strategies to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including employee engagement and workforce development
- Experience in creating, implementing, and enforcing HR Policies to support organizational objectives
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and experience in Benefits Administration
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and compliance standards
- Proficiency in HR software systems and tools
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
