Apave International is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our HR team as an HR Generalist – Associate. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on HR operations experience who is eager to grow in a dynamic business environment while supporting day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Senior HR Generalist and support the execution of HR operations, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HR administration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and exit processes
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and support payroll validation activities
- Assist in addressing employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and HR processes
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws
- Maintain HR MIS reports, trackers, and audit-related documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of HR processes
- Support performance management and other HR operational activities as required
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
- Hands-on exposure to payroll coordination and HR documentation
- Basic understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and maturity
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
