Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with at least 1 year of experience to manage a broad range of HR functions. The role involves handling end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact for employees, ensuring smooth HR processes while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and exit formalities
- Oversee the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout) to ensure timely hiring
- Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation, ensuring a smooth joining experience
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRMS databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support payroll processes, including attendance tracking, leave management, and input validation
- Drive and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive employee experience
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance
- Assist in performance management processes and HR audits where required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day HR operations and organizational initiatives
Key Requirements:
- MBA in HR or relevant qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience as HR Generalist / HR Associate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR functions and processes
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruitment or bulk hiring
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
