Aero Cloud Simulations is expanding! We are a multi-disciplinary startup working on high-fidelity flight simulation scenery and innovative hardware manufacturing. We are looking for a sharp, motivated Junior HR Associate to join us on-site in Chennai.
No prior HR experience? No problem. We hire for attitude and train for skill.
What you will do:
- Source and coordinate with top-tier 3D artists and technical talent.
- Assist in building our team for our new manufacturing facility.
- Manage our community and internal documentation.
- Learn to use AI-driven tools (Ollama/OpenClaw) to streamline HR workflows.
Who you are:
- A recent graduate (BBA, MBA, or equivalent) with a passion for tech.
- Highly organized and a clear communicator.
- Quick to learn new software and industry terms (3D art, PCBs, etc.).
- Based in Chennai and ready to work in a fast-paced office environment.
