Job Description – HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with strong recruitment expertise to manage end-to-end hiring and support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Handle hiring across multiple functions through job portals, social media, references, and consultancy coordination.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support payroll processing by validating attendance, leave, and salary inputs.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement activities.
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles, feedback tracking, and HR documentation.
- Manage exit formalities, exit interviews, and full & final settlement coordination.
- Ensure compliance documentation and support HR audits and reporting.
- Handle general administration activities including office coordination, vendor management, asset tracking, travel arrangements, housekeeping coordination, and maintaining workplace operations efficiently.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and job portals
- Understanding of payroll and statutory compliance basics
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
- Experience in HR Generalist and Recruitment roles preferred
