Hiring HR Generalist for MNC!
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Office (Sunday to Thursday)
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and experience in HR Management.
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and overseeing HR Policies, Attendance Management, Onboarding and exit formalities.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee relations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling HR records and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional HR certification (such as SHRM or PHR) is a plus.
- Prior experience in an on-site HR role is highly desirable, with experience in the training or IT industry being a significant advantage.
