JD - HR Operations _ NeerInfo Solutions
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Operations & Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, understanding of HR practices, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule further interview rounds.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Issue offer letters and follow up for joining formalities.
- Manage onboarding process for new employees.
HR Operations Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Handle joining, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
- Prepare HR letters (offer letter, appointment letter, warning letters, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Update HR MIS reports and monthly dashboards.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and HRMS tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Problem-solving mindset.
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in HR.
- HR certification is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and confidential in handling employee data.
