About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, technology-driven, and people-oriented fresher to join our Human Resources team as an Human Resources Fresher - AI & HR Technology. This role is designed for individuals who are excited about combining traditional HR practices with emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies to create smarter, faster, and more efficient people processes.
As an Human Resources Fresher - AI & HR Technology, you will gain hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Workforce Analytics, and HR Technology Platforms. You will work closely with hiring managers, employees, and leadership teams while leveraging AI-powered tools to support recruitment, communication, documentation, reporting, and process automation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification - B.E. / B.Tech Degree – Mandatory and MBA in Human Resources (HR) – Mandatory
- Experience - Freshers are encouraged to apply or 0–1 year of internship or project experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of HR Analytics and workforce reporting.
- Internship experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities across various business functions.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, professional networking platforms, employee referrals, campus hiring initiatives, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Screen and evaluate resumes based on job requirements and organizational needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring records.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize AI-powered recruitment tools to improve candidate sourcing, screening efficiency, and hiring workflows.
- Assist in preparing interview evaluation forms, candidate assessment frameworks, and recruitment reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities.
- AI Applications in Recruitment
- Generate job descriptions using AI tools.
- Create candidate outreach emails and communication templates using AI platforms.
- Develop interview questions and assessment criteria using generative AI tools.
- Support resume screening through AI-assisted recruitment systems.
- Analyze recruitment metrics such as sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and candidate pipeline health.
2. AI-Enabled HR Operations
- Learn and work with modern HR technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Management Systems (HRMS), AI chatbots, and workforce analytics platforms.
- Support implementation and adoption of AI-enabled HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in generating HR documentation, policies, reports, and employee communications using AI-powered solutions.
- Explore innovative AI applications that can enhance HR productivity and employee experience.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends, HR technologies, and digital transformation practices.

- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and organizational culture programs.
