Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Executive - Talent Acquisition (TA). The role involves managing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes implementing HR policies, handling routine HR operations, promoting positive employee relations, and supporting overall HR management to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Understand hiring requirements and role briefs from business leaders
- Source candidates through various channels (portals, referrals, LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipeline and track recruitment metrics
- Conduct reference checks and assist in offer roll-out
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
