Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong persuasion and negotiation. We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented HR Executive to join our Hiring Teams volume recruitment wing. Your primary focus will be to maintain a robust pipeline of candidates and meet aggressive monthly closure targets.
- Experience: 0.5 to 2 years of experience. (Experience in high-volume is a massive plus).
- Commitment: Comfortable with a 6-day work week and working strictly from the office
- Skills: Expertise in sourcing from Naukri.com and other job portals.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilties :
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals to source high volumes of candidates daily.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct rigorous initial screenings to assess candidate fitment, communication skills, and interest levels.
- Volume Target Management: Consistently achieve monthly hiring targets (Headcount) to support our rapidly expanding operations.
- Interview Coordination: Seamlessly manage the interview pipeline between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a low turnaround time (TAT).
- Database Management: Maintain an organized and updated tracker of all candidate interactions and recruitment stages.
