Hiring: HR Executive – Recruitment
We are hiring for HR Executive – Recruitment at a leading manufacturer of electromechanical & electronic components .
Location: Kagal , Kolhapur
Qualification: MBA – HR or relevant field
Experience: Minimum 4+ years in recruitment (Manufacturing / Electrical / Electro-mechanical)
- Strong experience in hiring engineering & technical profiles
- Exposure to leadership hiring (EMC components, Solar, EV, PDU, Filters, Wire Harness, etc. preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
Salary range : Upto 5 LPA
Notice Period : 15 days to one month (Max)
