Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms
- Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds
- Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate offer roll-out and joining formalities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good MS Excel and reporting skills
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or any relevant degree
- Graduation is mandatory
- Min 2 years of Experience in Recruitment is preferred.
