Position: HR Executive - Recruitment
Location: Mumbai (Andheri west)
Work Timings: Mon to Saturday (9:30am – 6:00pm) 4th Saturday Off

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers, utilize various recruitment channels, and contribute to the overall success of our talent acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments through resume screening, initial interviews, and reference checks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organisation
Talent Pipelining:
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions to ensure a proactive approach to recruitment.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate profiles.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and recruitment timelines.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely updates, and constructive feedback.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Facilitate a smooth on boarding process for new hires
Additional Skills required:
- Good communication skills are a prerequisite
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Has working knowledge of Job Portal
