Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based at Giridhar Eye Institute in Kochi. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave administration, and HR records maintenance. The role involves supporting employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture. The individual will assist in implementing and updating HR policies, coordinating performance management processes, and supporting recruitment activities such as screening candidates and scheduling interviews. The Human Resources Executive will also collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws, support training and development initiatives, and contribute to HR reports and analytics.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support HR planning and organizational objectives.
- Experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HR administration, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle employee concerns professionally and foster a respectful workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and labor regulations, with the ability to help implement and communicate policies effectively.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software or HRIS tools; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage, along with familiarity with accreditation standards.
