Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive - HR, located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The HR Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, manage employee relations, handle HR policies, and play a key role in maintaining a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities also include implementing HR management strategies, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Familiarity with core Human Resources (HR) functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
- Prior experience in HR roles within the media or related industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
