Job Title: HR Executive - Hiring, onboarding & training Specialist

Location: Gachibowli office & Sanghi Spinners, Hyderabad (On-site, Full-time)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in hiring Non-IT roles like Sales, Customer Support Teams, Marketing Teams, Finance teams for Non-IT organisations.


About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, passionate and process-driven HR professional to be part of a bigger HR Team, hire & build teams for various departments for our growing organisation. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in hiring, onboarding, training, L & D activities in a non-IT organisation. HR with operations, employee engagement would be an added advantage, but not mandatory


** Must have:

1. Relevant experience in working in non-IT organisations

2. Should work from Gachibowli Office or from Sanghi Spinners, Behind Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad **


Key Responsibilities:


1. Hiring

  • Source candidates from multiple portals based on requirements from various departments
  • Should be able to coordinate with vendors in qualifying candidates based on requirements & align interviews
  • Discuss, finalise & roll out offers
  • Making sure the candidate joins the organisation within the stipulated timeline
  • Assist in hiring for key blue-collar and junior-level plant roles.
  • Coordinate with local agencies and job platforms for sourcing labour.
  • Facilitate walk-in drives and initial screening processes.


2. Onboarding

  • Develop onboarding process & procedures based on departments
  • Onboard the candidate & provide them with induction and training requirements
  • Complete the onboarding once training is completed; otherwise, repeat training until fulfilled


3. Training and L & D

  • Develop training material for each department & enrich once every 6 months based on the requirements
  • Plan & Schedule trainings for the staff from all departments based on the need
  • Track trainings & make trainings fun to do
  • Develop new methods of training people


4. HR Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare and share weekly/monthly HR dashboards and workforce reports.
  • Monitor and report on headcount, attrition, compliance status, and workforce productivity metrics.


Key Requirements:

  • A graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to handle & execute things under pressure and within timelines.
  • Passionate about people development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
