Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and off-boarding.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Develop, implement, and enforce company policies.

Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.

Coordinate training and development programs.

Organize company events and team-building activities.

Ensure workplace safety and compliance with applicable laws.

Monitor, analyze, and report on HR metrics.

Align HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Stay updated on HR trends, labor laws, and industry best practices.

Take ownership of additional HR tasks as required to support organizational growth
