Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive cum Admin located in Indore. Responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and supporting administrative tasks. The role involves ensuring efficient workflows and fostering a positive work environment while aligning organizational goals with employee well-being.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) processes
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
- Experience in managing and supporting HR systems and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or consulting industry is an advantage
