Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Human Resources Executive. The HR Executive will manage overall HR operations including employee relations, implementation of HR policies, and daily HR management tasks. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, managing employee lifecycle events, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role requires building a positive work culture and addressing employee concerns to enhance engagement and productivity.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR)
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and experience in addressing employee concerns
- Knowledge of developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience working in a hospital
