Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive who can manage core HR functions while helping build structured people processes in a growing organization. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Hiring
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions efficiently
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
Payroll and HR Operations
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave tracking
• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in HR operations
Compliance and HR Processes
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
• Support development and implementation of HR processes and SOPs
• Maintain documentation for compliance and internal use
Employee Lifecycle Management
• Manage onboarding, confirmations, and exit processes
• Handle documentation, employee queries, and full & final settlements
• Support employee engagement and workplace coordination
Performance Management
• Assist in tracking employee performance and appraisal processes
• Coordinate with managers for performance reviews and feedback
Training and Development
• Support onboarding sessions and basic training initiatives
• Coordinate learning and development activities
Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes and operations
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and documentation
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA (HR) or pursuing MBA preferred
• Internship or prior experience in HR is an advantage
