Job Description
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting core human resource functions, particularly in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations within an IT consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate seamless onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback management
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with company standards and labor laws
- Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll coordination
- Screen resumes and schedule candidate interviews efficiently
- Conduct onboarding sessions and prepare HR reports and employee data
- Address employee queries and manage HR-related documentation
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
