Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Pune City. The responsibility of the HR Executive includes managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR management processes. The role also involves participation in recruitment, employee onboarding, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Collaboration with departments and addressing employee concerns to ensure organizational success will be an integral part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute complete recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain updated employee records, offer letters, and HR database.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll data entry in ERP or HRMS.
- Handle confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation of documentation.
- Support PMS process — goal setting, evaluation forms, and review follow-ups.
- Manage employee engagement and recognition activities monthly.
- Ensure HR compliance with statutory filings and internal audits.
- Coordinate induction programs and training schedules.
- Maintain HR reports and share dashboards with Assistant Manager HR weekly.
- Assist in ERP HR module configuration and updates.
- Handle employee queries and grievances at operational level.
- Liaise with Finance for payroll closure and statutory deduction updates.
- Manage health, safety, and welfare registers.
- Support all HR documentation — SOPs, circulars, and notices.
- Manage performance of staff on regular basis and provide updates to HR and director on regular basis
Skills:
- Excellent communication and multitasking ability
- Knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operations
- MS Office and HRMS/ERP proficiency
- Conflict resolution & documentation
- People Management skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA in HR
- 2–4 years’ experience in HR operations (preferred F&B, retail, or manufacturing sector)
- Strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
- Solid understanding and experience with HR Policies and HR Operations
- Ability to build and maintain positive Employee Relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to workplace challenges
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
- Prior experience in a human resources role is preferred
Reporting To: Manager HR
CTC Range: 25,000 – 30,000 per month
Location: Head Office, Katraj-Kodnhwa Road, Near Isckon temple, Pune.
