Role Description
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Executive to join our HR team at YK Retail Pvt Ltd. The HR Executive will support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and statutory compliance—ensuring smooth HR operations across our retail network.
Key Responsibilities
- Having a knowledge of onboarding new employees, including documentation, HRMS entry, and orientation.
- Manage recruitment activities: job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating selection.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll–related data.
- Support payroll processing, attendance tracking in HRMS, and coordination with finance.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
- Handle employee queries, basic grievances, and disciplinary cases as per policy.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, appraisal process support, and exit formalities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Skills in Employee Relations and experience in managing HR Policies
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing workplace challenges
- Relevant experience in HR or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
