Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR functions. This role requires someone who can take ownership, adapt quickly, and efficiently handle both structured HR processes and on-ground coordination requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
- Handle complete onboarding process, ensuring a smooth joining experience for new employees
- Maintain and manage employee documentation, including site-specific compliance requirements across different projects/locations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of documents required for site access and audits
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company standards
- Handle recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong employee relations and a positive work culture
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in an HR role
- Strong understanding of HR operations and HR management practices
- Experience in employee relations and workplace culture development
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiarity with HR software/tools is an added advantage
Compensation- CTC: ₹3.8 – ₹5.0 LPA (Lakhs per annum)
- Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and fitment
