Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Human Resources Executive role. The individual in this role will oversee and manage HR operations, ensure compliance with company policies, nurture employee relations, and implement effective HR management strategies. They will handle the day-to-day HR-related activities aimed at strengthening the workplace culture and contributing to the overall organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance enforcement
- Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment and onboarding
- Ability to handle Employee Relations effectively and promote a positive workplace environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is an added advantage
