Role Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and close positions efficiently.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and conduct induction/orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Support payroll inputs, verification, and ensure accuracy in employee data.
- Drive employee engagement activities and address grievances to improve retention.
- Assist in performance management processes including appraisals and feedback cycles.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws; assist in policy updates.
- Manage exit processes including exit interviews, full & final settlement, and reporting insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–4 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / HR Operations preferred.
- Strong experience in recruitment and candidate coordination.
- Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, attendance management systems, or payroll tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and administrative skills.
