Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Bengaluru South. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines. The role also involves fostering a positive work culture and addressing employee concerns to support organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and experience in HR Management, including hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Strong understanding of HR Operations and HR Policies, ensuring compliance and efficient administrative processes.
- Experience in Employee Relations with the ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive workplace environment.
- Sound understanding and practical expertise in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR within the technology or digital marketing sectors is a plus.
