The Impact You'll Make
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, employee onboarding, HR operations, attendance and leave management, employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR records and documentation.
The role also involves supporting performance management processes, implementing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership and team members to enhance employee experience and contribute to the growth and success of the organisation.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Ability to build positive employee relationships and contribute to a strong workplace culture.
- Understanding of HR policies, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing attendance, leave records, employee files, and HR administration.
- Ability to oversee office administration, vendor coordination, asset management, and day-to-day office operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and solve problems independently.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
