Position : HR Executive (Full time)
Location : Agra, UP (On-site)
Working days : Monday to Saturday
Weekly off : Sunday
Salary : ₹30,000 (depends on interview and experience)
Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive who will handle both Recruitment (Talent acquisition) and Employee Relations (HR operations). The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end hiring as well as maintaining a positive work environment and smooth HR operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, social media and vendors
- Screen and shortlist as per job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up
- Vendor and source management
- Manage consultants and vendor relationships
- Ensure regular inflow of quality profiles
- Offer and joining management
- Roll out offer letters and negotiate salaries.
- Ensure candidate joining and onboarding program
- Reposting and database management
- Maintain recruitment tracker (Excel/ATS)
- Share daily/weekly hiring posts.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
MS Excel and basic HR tools knowledge
Problem solving and conflict resolution ability
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any field (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred)
1-4 years of experience in HR recruitment
Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations
