Westbury Kommerce (Westbury Holdings Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a Senior Executive – Human Resources to join our team.
Westbury Kommerce is a leading eCommerce and omnichannel solutions company that enables brands to grow their online business through integrated technology, operations, merchandising, sales, and supply chain solutions.
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (1 Year)
The contract may be extended or converted into a permanent role based on business requirements and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding through LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee queries and support a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Maintain attendance and leave records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage employee records and HR databases with complete confidentiality.
- Support HR operations, administration, and ongoing HR projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR and people management.
