Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who can manage end-to-end hiring, handle multiple recruitment pipelines at once, and communicate with clarity, confidence, and care. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Conduct screening, interviews, and shortlisting
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Oversee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance
- Support employee engagement and HR operations as needed
- Represent the company with professionalism during candidate interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes smoothly
- Familiarity with IT sector hiring (preferred)
- Good understanding of recruitment tools and platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Problem-solving attitude and a people-focused mindset
