Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Executive at Webapprise Technologies. The HR Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the organization.
Qualifications

- Employee Relations and HR Policies knowledge
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) functions
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide employees to improve performance while maintaining positive working relationships.
- Oversee the daily HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
- Develop and implement a fair recruitment plan, including new hiring, conducting interviews, facilitating orientations etc.
- Handle employee compensation as per company policies.
- Manage HR policies as needed to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leaves, ensuring compliance with company regulations
- Adhere to all company rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.
- Execute the employee annual review procedures, providing constructive feedback and support for employee development.
- Maintain detailed records of the employees, including personal and professional information.
- Conduct employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
