💼 Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation for both ground staff and core team, while ensuring smooth HR operations across multiple parking sites.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage hiring for ground staff & core team (cashiers, wardens, drivers, supervisors)
- Coordinate interviews, shortlisting, and selection
- Handle multi-site hiring requirements
- Maintain hiring pipeline and candidate database
2. Onboarding & Joining
- Ensure smooth onboarding process
- Collect & verify documents (Aadhar, PAN, DL, Bank details, etc.)
- Issue offer/appointment letters
- Conduct induction & company briefing
3. Documentation Management
- Maintain employee records (physical & digital)
- Ensure proper KYC & compliance documentation
- Track uniforms, stationery & employee records
4. HR Operations
- Support attendance tracking & workforce updates
- Resolve basic HR queries
- Coordinate between HR & operations teams
5. Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies
- Maintain audit-ready records
- Support HR SOP implementation
6. Employee Lifecycle
- Manage resignations & F&F coordination
- Maintain exit records & clearance process
7. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare HR MIS reports (hiring, joining, exits)
- Track recruitment & employee data
- Share reports with management
8. Background Verification
- Conduct employee verification (ID, address, references)
- Maintain verification records
🎯 Skills Required:
- Strong MS Excel & documentation skills
- Good communication & coordination
- Detail-oriented & organized
- Basic HR process & compliance understanding
🎓 Qualifications
- Graduate (BBA / B.Com / MBA HR preferred)
- 2-3 years of HR experience
Preferred:
Experience in facility management / parking / staffing / hospitality industry
