Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, administration, vendor coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and people management skills.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
Administration
Oversee office administration and employee records management.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and operational requirements.
Ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities and employee support services.
Vendor Management
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and service vendors.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.
HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
Assist in payroll inputs and HR compliance activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR policy implementation.
Handle employee queries and general HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum year of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Experience in administration and vendor management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
