Job Role
Manage End to end recruitment for our Rajasthan Team, Role will involve Coordinating with Hiring manager to understand the opening , understand and prepare Job description, Coordinate with candidate and Manager to schedule interivew , To upload resume in our internal system. Prepare offer letter,
Onboarding of Candidates, ensure joining formality are done in a timely manner
Understand training needs and coordinate to get the training done.
Documentation and HR operation.
Ideal candidate - Graduate / Post graduate wtih atleast 1 year end to end recruitment in sales profile.
