With over 17 years of experience, we craft Brand Films, Product Films, Explainers, Event Films, Demo Films, TVCs, and digital-first content across Live Action, 2D & 3D Animation, Stop-Motion, and AI-driven formats.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Human Resources Executive who understands that HR in a creative studio is not just about processes - it’s about building the right team, culture, and performance environment.
This role goes beyond recruitment. It involves:
- Talent acquisition
- Team engagement
- Performance tracking
- Culture building
- Training & development
You will work closely with management and teams to ensure the right people, in the right roles, performing at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative & managerial roles
- Source, screen, test, and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Handle onboarding & offboarding processes smoothly
- Track attendance, leaves, and employee performance
- Identify creative & technical skill gaps and initiate employee learning goals.
- Support performance evaluations, salary communication, and payroll coordination
- Build strong team engagement, communication, and culture systems
- Act as a bridge between management and team members
- Work towards improving employee retention and reducing attrition
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of HR experience (media/advertising/production preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Highly organised, disciplined, and proactive
- Ability to initiate conversations and build relationships confidently
- Empathetic, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Interest in working with creative teams and fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and management tools

Compensation
- CTC: Based on experience
- Annual Increment: 10% – 20% (performance-based)
- Retention Bonus: 10% of basic salary (monthly)
