Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kerala for a Human Resources Executive. The individual will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing and monitoring HR policies, and ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines. Daily responsibilities include coordinating recruitment processes, handling employee grievances, driving employee engagement initiatives, and developing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the hotel's goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources processes
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and the ability to foster positive workplace environments
- Knowledge of HR Policies, employment laws, and organizational compliance standards
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in handling confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Prior HR experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment
