Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, implement and manage HR policies, and foster positive employee relations. Responsibilities include workforce planning, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, while also supporting the continuous improvement of HR processes and strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, including recruitment, training, and development
- Experience with HR Operations and implementation of HR best practices
- Strong knowledge in managing Employee Relations and fostering a collaborative workplace culture
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain HR Policies and procedures
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) strategies and compliance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
- Experience in an education or training sector will be an added advantage
