Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Pune, India. The HR Executive will oversee HR management and operations, including handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role involves the execution of human resources strategies to support organizational goals, facilitating a positive work environment, and managing overall HR functions effectively.
Experience of 2-3yrs in Generalist activities in manufacturing or project based organization is mandatory.
Job location - Dapodi, Pune
Qualifications
- HR Management and HR Operations skills for effectively managing HR processes and systems.
- Employee Relations and HR Policies expertise for fostering employee engagement and managing compliance.
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices.
- contractor’s management - maintain all contractor’s and labour master database, e- document, bank account opening, payroll management and compliances.
- Support in Recruitment and Selection process
- Implementation of Training activities as per plan.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently when needed.
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sector, is advantageous.
