About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive/Coordinator to support daily HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, onboarding, HR compliance, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
- Handle attendance, leave tracking, and employee data management.
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.
- Assist in preparing HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and exit documents.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support performance management and appraisal coordination activities.
- Assist in exit formalities including full & final settlement coordination and documentation.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR coordination.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with HRMS software will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
