Role Overview
Valiun Ventures is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Indore. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, support HR operations and compliance, drive employee engagement, and partner closely with leadership to strengthen our people practices as the organization grows. Key Responsibilities
You will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, and exit formalities, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires, and conducting exit interviews and offboarding in a professional and compliant manner. On the HR operations and compliance side, you will administer HR policies, ensure ongoing compliance with applicable local labor regulations, maintain and update HRIS data, employee records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality, support payroll coordination by ensuring timely and accurate input of attendance, leave, and employee data, and prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership review. You will also support the performance management and appraisal cycle, including goal-setting, review coordination, and documentation, and help managers and employees understand performance processes and timelines. In employee relations and engagement, you will serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution, design and drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture, and promote open communication between employees and leadership. You will coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support timely closures. Finally, you will draft, implement, and periodically update HR policies aligned with legal requirements and organizational goals, and collaborate with leadership on initiatives that support organizational growth and a strong workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should have a strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management, with experience in staffing, performance management, and talent development, along with working knowledge of HR Operations, including HRIS systems, payroll coordination support, documentation, and compliance activities. Proven Employee Relations skills are important, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement program design, as is experience drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies aligned with legal and organizational standards. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with relevant HR certifications considered a plus. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, along with working knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices, ideally within technology or services organizations. A strong sense of confidentiality, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience is required.
