Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Human Resources Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and supporting overall human resource management tasks. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless coordination between different departments and employees, contributing toward the company's growth and positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Strong understanding of HR Operations and HR Policies
- Experience with Employee Relations and maintaining a positive work environment
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the automotive or retail industry is an advantage
