Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, implement HR policies, streamline HR management processes, and foster positive employee relations. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management, and compliance while contributing to the overall organizational growth and positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
- Experience in HR Operations, including payroll handling, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
- Knowledge of developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Relevant experience in the technology or retail industry is a plus
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
