Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at UJUR's office located in Bargarh. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and enforcing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting HR management initiatives. The role also involves overseeing day-to-day HR functions and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) operations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and building a positive workplace culture
- Knowledge of HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus
