We're Hiring | HR Executive / Senior HR Executive (Females Only)
- Location: Powai, Mumbai
- Experience: 3+ Years
At Ubiqedge Technology Pvt. Ltd., we're looking for an HR professional who can balance recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance while contributing to a growing AIoT organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and
offer management.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
• Manage attendance, leave administration, and HR operations.
• Prepare HR documents such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Experience Letters,
Relieving Letters, and Increment Letters.
• Support payroll coordination and employee benefits administration.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and team-building activities.
• Assist in performance management, KPI tracking, and appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
• Manage employee grievances, exit formalities, and exit interviews.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare HR reports for management.

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Core HR

- Knowledge of HR policies and labor law compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
