Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Hosur. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, support employee relations initiatives, assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities also include coordinating HR management activities to enhance employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, including workforce planning and performance management frameworks
- Expertise in HR Operations, such as payroll management, compliance, and reporting
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, resolving workplace issues, and fostering a healthy work environment
- Good understanding of HR Policies and their implementation across the organization
- Deep knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience working in manufacturing or logistics industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
