Role Overview
As an HR Executive, you will manage the end-to-end human resources function at our Haridwar property. This is a full-time, on-site role focusing on streamlining operations, maintaining healthy employee relations, and ensuring our resort is staffed with high-quality talent that aligns with our luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for resort staff across departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, etc.), managing the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
HR Operations: Oversee daily HR administrative tasks, attendance management, and payroll coordination.
Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
Policy Implementation: Execute and update HR policies in alignment with Indian Labor Laws and hospitality industry standards.
Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to statutory compliance and legal standards relevant to the hospitality sector in Uttarakhand.
Engagement & Training: Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support staff training programs to maintain service excellence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1.5 to 3 years of proven experience in HR within the Hospitality Industry (Hotels or Resorts is mandatory).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR Management systems, recruitment life cycles, and labor laws in India.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle conflict resolution professionally.
Adaptability: Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic resort environment.
