We, Trijog - Know Your Mind, are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a commitment to creating a positive work culture.
Role Title: Human Resource Excecutive
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Job Type: Full Time, On - Site
Languages Preferred: English & Hindi
Working Hours: 10 am to 6pm
Remuneration: 30,000/- to 35,000/-
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Implement and monitor employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management
- Assist in the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion of performance reviews.
- Provide support to managers in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
HR Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Payroll and Benefits:
- Assist in payroll processing and manage employee benefits administration.
- Handle employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
