Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the HR department. The ideal candidate will assist in executing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, compliance, employee engagement, HR operations, and general office administration. This role demands strong communication skills, discretion, and a proactive attitude towards learning and contributing to organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees by managing documentation, induction formalities, and orientation processes.
Leave calculations and prepare payroll of the employees.
Payroll processing of the employees.
Assist in payroll processing including salary preparation and coordination.
Maintain and regularly update employee records, HR databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF and ESI.
Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Manage general office administration to ensure operational efficiency and an organized workplace.
Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Assist in HR operations and participate in various HR projects as assigned by management.
Qualification & Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience.
Required Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of EPF and ESI compliance is mandatory.
Understanding of payroll/salary processing.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes.
Good data management and record-keeping skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of HR functions and labour laws.
High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to new challenges.
