Job Title: HR Executive – Spa & Salon Hiring
Location: Mumbai
Industry Preference: Spa & Salon Background Only
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Executive for Pan India recruitment in the Spa & Salon industry. The candidate should have prior experience in hiring Spa Therapists, Beauticians, Salon Staff, Wellness Managers, and related profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Spa & Salon staff across India
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Conduct telephonic screening and interview coordination
Maintain candidate database and follow-up for joining
Coordinate with operations and management for hiring requirements
Ensure timely closures of open positions
Handle onboarding and basic HR coordination

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience in Spa & Salon industry
Must have knowledge of Spa & Salon hiring profiles
Strong communication and coordination skills
Should be based in Mumbai only
Immediate joiners preferred


Preferred Hiring Background:

Only candidates from Spa, Salon, Wellness or Beauty recruitment background will be considered. Candidates from other industries are not preferred.
